For digital products:

You will recieve an e-mail with a download link after a succesfull payment.

For printed products:

It takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.

Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. Shipping time may vary somewhere between 2 - 20 days. For most countries it will be within 10 days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are worldwide the same, €4,99,-

For orders above €75,- no shipping costs will be charged.

Return Policy

We offer you a 30 days money-back guarantee.
-If you decide that you don't want another version (for example; Size or Color) of the product, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
-Make sure that the product will be returned in it's original package.
-It is possible to exchange the product with a new one.

Be aware that you may be asked to fill in a problem report. We may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report and your order number to begin a reshipment.It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
